As we constantly strive to bring your favorite lattafa fragrances to your doorsteps, here is a tiny rule-book we follow to assure perfection and precision in our shipping of products and delivery on time!



We at lataffa perfumes are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time, in case the product is not available it might be notified as an ‘out of stock product.


When do we ship and deliver?

When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reached your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays in UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Saturday to Thursday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at the right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.


Where do we ship and deliver?

Abiding by the country’s laws and regulations, our online purchase service is limited to the United Arab emirates. We regret to inform you that placing an order in the UAE and shipping to a location beyond is also not within our limits and capacity. In any case of beginning international shipping, we will be more than happy to cater to you all and make your homes fragrant and peaceful.


Do we charge for delivery?

For any purchase of AED 100 and above, it will be done free of cost and on time except in remote areas where our team might find it hard to. For any purchases worth under 100 AED, the delivery charges will be added (AED 15 for a maximum weight of 2 kg. If more than 2 kg additional AED 15 will be charged till 5kg.


How can the payment be done?

We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. Cash on delivery option is also available.


What are cash on delivery charges?

Cash on delivery/cod charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable on cod orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. Cod handling charges are AED 10 at the time of delivery.


How does the return feature work?

We are happy to take back any of our products you ordered in case of any misplacing and promise a refund for any purchases done with the last one week (up to 7 days). For purchases that are already out for delivery, the delivery charges will be deducted. For any damaged or defective piece, we apologize and owe to give you a full refund. The refund will be done immediately via e-wallet for cash-on-delivery or online payments done via the same. If the payment was done through bank credit or visa cards, we promise you a refund in i5 business days.


Products bought during the promotion/sales period cannot be returned or refunded. 


How can you cancel a purchase made?

You can find your orders under your account on our website or application and will have an option to cancel the order. Or you can click on the link for cancellation sent to your mobile on the placement of the order.


How can you track your order?

You can easily find a link either in your e-mail or in the sms you received during order placement. Visiting the link can give you an idea of the status of your order. Once the purchase is shipped, you’ll receive your first notification and the second we will notify you when it is out for delivery.


Want to change your delivery address?

We will be pleased and happy to accept any delivery address changes if it is notified to our team before the purchase is dispatched.

Though we have never failed to deliver on time, we would appreciate receiving your feedback for any delays so that we can do our part of the investigation regarding the same.
