Shipping Policy for Saudi Arabia Customers
1. Order Editing: After placing your order, you have an 8-hour window to make any amendments or edits. Orders modified beyond this timeframe will be considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.

2. Payment Method: We regret to inform you that Cash on Delivery (COD) service is not available for orders shipping to Saudi Arabia. Currently, we only accept payments through card transactions.
3. Shipping Duration: The expected shipping duration to Saudi Arabia is 7-8 days.
*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date
4. Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, our team will make up to three delivery attempts. Failure to be present for all three attempts will not be the responsibility of Lattafa Perfumes, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Refund and Exchange Policy for Lattafa Perfumes Customers in Saudi Arabia
1. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders shipped to destinations in Saudi Arabia.
2. However, if your product is damage during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971509128513.
Kindly provide proof of receipt along with images of the damaged bottle or the wrongly received item. Only after confirmation by our management will we proceed with necessary actions.
